We
put it off as long as we could!
Romebuddy.com was founded as a no-nonsense, no-commercials guide to Rome.
But gee, so many of y'all wanted hotels, and you kept asking us. But who
could we trust? - We didn't want any of you getting ripped off by just
any old Rome hotel. So in the end, we chose to go with an online hotel
reservation provider that isn't even based in Italy, because we figure
that not being Italian, 'CnG Hotels' will be on the side of you
the tourist, because they have a better idea of what non-Italians want
from Italian hotels.
CnG
Hotels arrange reservations for a big selection of tourist-friendly hotels
all over Rome, and have many happy customers.
On this page we've given a sample of just four of them, each in a different
star class. Take a look, check reservation availability for any of these,
or to choose from many more hotels in Rome, just click on any picture
or link below. You'll be taken to the booking page where you can simply
tell us the dates you'll want your hotel in Rome for, and then compare
prices, locations, choose your favourite, and make your reservation over
the Internet. It's that simple. Enjoy...

This
is The Fiamma Hotel on Via Gaeta

Check
out that glitzy exterior! This is a three star hotel, very central,
handy for the main railway station and close to the embassy district.
Comes with classically furnished interiors, all rooms with en-suite
bathrooms, satellite TV, air-conditioning and all the other usual
little things you'd expect in a mid-range hotel. You can't go wrong
with this place.

The
Daniela Hotel on Via Luzzatti

Pleasant
location in a green area, this recently renovated century-old development
has its own garden and internal carpark. It's another three star
hotel and is close to some of the big Basilicas of Rome

The
Flower Garden Hotel on Via del Viminale

I
don't know about you but I really like the decor in this joint.
It's different. Check that black and gold laquered screen in the
bedroom. Gives it almost an art-deco feel, and a ton of character,
the kind of experience you come to Rome for. But you know
what? - this is actually a very affordable two star hotel. And its
in a cute street within spitting distance of the Opera House. For
footloose romantics, I would definitely give this place a whirl.

The
Pace Helvezia Hotel on Via IV Novembre

Four
Star Swank - Everything you'd expect, in a cool, central location,
This place has a rooftop terrace, obviously with terrific views
of the city, and it's so close to the action that with a good pitch,
you could almost throw your traditional coin off the roof and right
over into the Trevi Fountain. They also have a safe, a dry-cleaning
service, and handicap access.
